UK Shipping

• Standard Delivery: £3.99 (2–4 working days)
• Free Standard Delivery on orders over £30
• Express Delivery: £6.99 (1–2 working days)

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Tracking details are sent as soon as your order leaves us.

EU Shipping

• Tracked Delivery: £14.99 (2–7 working days)
• Free Tracked Delivery on orders over £40

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination.

International (Rest of World)

• Tracked Delivery: £20.00 (2–7 working days)
• Free Tracked Delivery on orders over £60

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are set by your destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

• International orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day

RETURNS

Your satisfaction matters to us. But hygiene and fairness matter too.

Standard Returns (Full-Price Items Only)

We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided:

• Items are unworn and unwashed
• All tags are attached
• Hygiene seals remain intact
• There are no signs of wear (including fake tan, deodorant, fragrance or stains)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as CLIPHER cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and approved.


Sale & Promotional Items

All sale items, discounted purchases and promotional orders are final sale.

This includes:
• Size exchanges
• Change-of-mind returns
• Fit issues

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Faulty Items (Including Sale Items)

If you receive a faulty item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:
• A replacement (same item and size), or
• A repair where applicable

Refunds will only be offered if a replacement or repair is not possible.
